The eternal pursuit of any refined dining establishment is to create an unforgettable experience for its guests, something that leaves them truly moved. The source of this enchantment could lie in the exquisite cuisine, artful presentation, or impeccable hospitality. Kiraku excels in all three of these areas.
As you step into the former ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant), your eyes will be drawn to the 14-meter long counter, crafted from a single keyaki (zelkova) wood board. Take a seat—this is where the magic happens!
The course menu changes every month, but you can expect an umami-rich feast of seafood and complementary dishes, such as black squid with sudachi, sweet scallops, and a unique experience of nigiri sushi—all of it a testament to the chef’s expertise.
Sample an array of masterfully crafted nigiri, featuring a unique red-vinegar shari (rice), for a truly melt-in-the-mouth sushi experience. The meal is rounded out by delicious side dishes that showcase the chef’s expertise with seafood.
