With just 20 seats, it's an intimate affair, where the mirrored kitchen takes center stage, surrounded by counter seats for a mesmerizing view of Chef Sugawara and Sommelier Sato in action. The interior is as stylish as the cuisine, tasteful and sophisticated.

Graal's fusion of French elegance and Japanese creativity shines with every meal. Savor French dishes with an irresistible Japanese flair, from foie gras paired with sweet shrimp to shellfish infused with the zest of yuzu. Each plate is a work of art, perfectly complemented by the sommelier's expertly paired wine and sake.

Graal focuses on sustainability and proudly sources local ingredients, celebrating the rich flavors of Tohoku and supporting the region's producers.

As your meal concludes, indulge in a refreshing, fruity parfait, the perfect finale.
