We had a fantastic time at our tasting thanks to Hayato, the man who led our experience!! He was very knowledgeable and generous with his time, including sharing recommendations for bars and things to do during the rest of our stay.
We had a lot of fun learning about the history of Japanese whiskey and experiencing the nuances in taste among the different makers and bottles. Would highly recommend!!!

We had such an amazing experience with our private sake tasting, we highly recommend! Before booking this class, I conducted a lot of research of different sake tasting classes. I loved that this class was only a few hours and tailored to our taste buds. The location was very convenient and intimate. We learned a lot about the history of sake and how it's brewed. We really loved tasting so many different types of sake from all over Japan and had little snack throughout. They poured us sake that we was to our taste preference, which was really ideal. We can't recommend this unique and special sake tasting enough.
