Kuromon Market, also known as Kuromon Ichiba, is a culturally significant food district in Osaka. The unique food culture at Kuromon Market has been drawing in food lovers for close to 200 years, and it’s easy to see why. The covered market is staffed by lively vendors who have mastered their dishes of choice, in most cases, their dishes have been carefully handed down for generations.
English menus? Any menus at all? Even if you can read Japanese, some of the hand-written calligraphy menus here can be difficult to decipher. This is the reality of an authentic Japanese market and it can make navigating and ordering food a bit overwhelming, but don’t worry because we have you covered! Our local guides will order for you so you can try some of the most authentic food in Japan without any stress.

Meeting Point and Meeting Time
The meeting point will be Nippombashi Station Exit 6 (from Umeda Station, 13 minutes to Namba Sta. by train, then a 5 min. walk). An address and Google Maps link will be provided upon booking.
