寿司西餐厅 "在经历了大流行病时期的短暂搬迁之后，以 "银座西餐厅 "的正式名称重返银座。这家高级寿司店位于银座的中心地带，是一家隐蔽而私密的餐厅。
来自秋田县的 "斋庄 "已经有 20 多年的历史。这里提供御制寿司或主厨自选寿司，晚餐可以品尝到主厨早晨从市场上挑选的新鲜美味的鱼。
这家餐厅还是著名的 "海胆节 "体验的举办地，这种罕见的活动不定期公布，几乎一经公布就会被预订一空。以黄油、优质海胆为原料的美味佳肴是体验的一大享受。uniku "菜肴是餐厅的招牌特色菜。
