Restaurant Details
Located in a quiet district of Sapporo, this premium sushi restaurant showcases classic Edomae sushi, married with Hokkaido’s abundant seafood, and just a touch of modern flair. Each piece of nigiri is hand-formed in front of the guests, who can enjoy a view of the action over the L-shaped counter.
