Ginza Kanimitsu
Fugu / Crab / Other Seafood
Crabs from Hokkaido and A5-grade wagyu in abundance – this Ginza staple serves up rich and satisfying cuisine, within the tradition of the refined kaiseki form.
Restaurant Details
This traditional Japanese restaurant focuses on two of the most delectable and famous national delicacies: A5-grade wagyu beef, and Hokkaido crab. These are served in abundance through kaiseki course menus which highlight different cuts and cooking styles
Guests enjoy crab grilled over binchotan charcoal, sliced into melt-in-the-mouth pieces of sashimi, in a rich gratin, or even in takoyaki. This hairy crab takoyaki is one of the specialties of the shop — a sophisticated spin on a street food favorite.
In addition to the course menus, guests can also opt for set menus like the king crab and Yamagata beef sukiyaki. There are also a range of seating options, with private rooms, an open dining space, and counter seats looking onto the kitchen for those who want to watch every step of the preparation.
