Amiral is a private restaurant that serves French cuisine, only accepting one group each for lunch and dinner per day. The chef, Shigeaki Nagashima used to be the resident chef at the Japanese embassy in Morocco, and Amiral has received awards and ratings such as a Michelin star, and 2 Toques from Gault&Millau.
At lunchtime, Amiral offers two different kinds of courses: one is 17,600 yen (including 9 kinds of dishes in total) and the other is 11,000 yen (7 kinds of dishes in total). For dinnertime, there is only one course available which is 17,600 yen (including 9 kinds of dishes in total). All the courses are chef’s omakase courses.
