Grandma Junko was born and raised in Nagoya, where she nurtured her passion for healthy Japanese cooking. She turned this passion into a bricks and mortar natural food store, later moving into the teaching realm by running a healthy cake and natural yeast bread cooking class. A licensed cook with generations worth of wisdom under her belt, Grandma Junko’s mission is simple: to share her love for nourishing food and healthy Japanese cooking!

Grandma Junko and her wonderful assistant, Chikako, gave us an unforgettable experience while showing us how to prepare Nagoya specialty dishes. We would very highly recommend this experience.

Very delicious food. A great experience. The grandmas were very organized and nice. They met me at the station and walked me through the steps of the recipes. So much fun!
