Shima 的牛肉质量上乘，价位适当。这里提供两种牛排--西冷牛排和菲力牛排，每种牛排都由不同种类的最优质牛肉制成。
西冷牛排是用血统纯正的但马牛神户牛肉制成，而菲力牛排则是用京都和牛制成的。除了牛排外，还有蟹肉炸丸子和其他海鲜开胃菜。
友善的厨师大岛真信（Oshima Manabu）为顾客提供周到的服务。烧烤大师为 Shima 的优质服务赢得了不少好评。
这里的牛排三明治外卖非常有名。大岛厨师每天准备的这些三明治虽然需要提前申请，但绝对物超所值。千万不要把 Shima 排除在您的东京旅程之外，因为您不可能在东京的其他牛排馆找到价格如此合理的精品牛肉。
