Restaurant Details

Don’t be scared off by the formality of the bartenders, the attentive service, and the slight ringing in the ear because of how quiet the bar is. Once you settle into the atmosphere at Star Bar Ginza, the unique experience presented to you here won’t seem intimidating at all.

Owned by a highly reputable bartender, Hisashi Kishi, Star Bar Ginza’s specialty is their rare range of Japanese whiskies, served neat or in excellent cocktails. While their other cocktails are just as spectacular in terms of the impressive execution and craftsmanship, don’t skip out on the opportunity to order at least one whisky-based one.

Don’t fret if you’re in doubt about what to order, the knowledgeable bartenders are always at your service. Simply let them know your preferred tastes, and they’ll be on their way to building the perfect cocktail for you. The royal treatment received at Star Bar Ginza is nothing short of marvelous.
