Kuniyoshi
Dining on the Kanagawa seaside, enjoy the unagi at Kuniyoshi, a treat for first-timers and hundredth-timers alike.
Restaurant Details
To all the eel-eating enthusiasts out there, this is one shop you don't want to pass on. Kuniyoshi is the most expensive eel restaurant in the whole country. You get what you pay for, so expect the freshest, most tender eel you can imagine.
Even though it’s two to three times the price you'd normally pay in Tokyo, it’s worth every cent. Kuniyoshi also has meal sets like Unadon that include muskmelon and liver.
The restaurant is located in a remodeled private house that oozes a relaxing and calming atmosphere. As it’s quite tiny in size, reservations are definitely recommended so you won't miss out on one of the best eel meals you'll ever have in your life.
