Ichi
Japanese kappo cooking which is designed to help you relax and be at ease — try their signature curry and fish shabu shabu!
Restaurant Details
This 2020 Michelin-starred kappo restaurant brings a piece of the countryside to Roppongi in the form of wild vegetables picked by the owner’s parents at his Nagano family home. This ties into his ethos of presenting flavors which make your feel comfortable at home, and even a little nostalgic.
The seafood is equally as fresh as his seasonal vegetables, sourced straight from the boats themselves. Grab a seat at his counter, table, or tatami seats to enjoy all these and more in a fine omakase meal over the course of several hours.
Expect shabu shabu specialties with ingredients such as conger eel, or amberjack with curry seasoning. The full course meal features a wide range of dishes, including these signature hotpots, charcoal-grilled treats, and deep-fried bites.
