Established in 1952 in Gujo Hachiman, Gifu Prefecture, this company specializes in creating realistic and elaborate food samples like the ones seen in display cases outside of restaurants. Here, craftsmen finish each item carefully by hand, adding the final details. During a workshop, visitors can learn how to make a life-size bowl of ramen, parfait, or cupcake or tart charm.
