During this Kawaii Okonomiyaki and Inari Sushi Cooking Class, we’ll learn to fry up the representative dish of Kansai: okonomiyaki. Literally translating to “grilled as you like it,” okonomiyaki is a savory cabbage pancake made with a delicious batter of, well, whatever you like! We’ll also learn to make perfect sushi rice and pack little parcels of inari sushi, made with deep-fried tofu pockets. Then, we will decorate them, making a seriously Instagrammable plate of this yummy Japanese dish. Included in your meal is a delicious Japanese egg drop soup, pickled vegetables which add a satisfying crunch, beverages of your choice, and dessert!
So, join us in our cooking studio in Minami Aoyama, a luxurious Tokyo neighborhood where you are sure to feel at ease.
