Yakisoba is a noodle stir fry usually made with meat and veggies like cabbage and a delicious umami sauce. Tamagoyaki is another dish that you are sure to encounter on your trip to Japan, as it is often sold at festivals and in shopping streets. Then, you’ll also make a Japanese-style potato salad that’s a bit different than your grandma’s.
