主厨 Takuma Sei 的家人在静冈经营着一家广受欢迎的烤鸡肉串餐厅，他从小就梦想着在东京开一家自己的餐厅。大学毕业后，他在惠比寿的一家割烹餐厅当学徒。2008 年，他在新宿创办了自己的烤鸡肉串餐厅“烧鸟清”。
餐厅设有 16 个柜台座位，以便每一位食客都能近距离观赏整个准备和烤制过程，从而营造出一种独特的用餐体验。
烧鸟清坚持使用优质食材。只从可信赖的家禽供应商那里采购肉类，并强调食材的新鲜度，是烧鸟清打造令人难忘的美味体验的秘诀。此外，鸡汤拉面和锅烧饭均使用新鲜鸡汤制作，口味醇厚，回味无穷。

Was fantastic. Price, atmosphere and service. Highly recommend if you like chicken and want to take a break from fish and beef. Would definitely go again.
