位于大阪的这家餐厅以和歌山当地独有的“イブ美豚”猪肉为特色，这种猪肉不含有野猪肉的腥味，此外肉质鲜美嫩滑，简直入口即化。餐厅提供两种类型的料理形式：寿喜烧和涮涮锅。寿喜烧以其浓郁的酱汁更能展现猪肉的甜味，而涮涮锅则更能保留猪肉原汁原味，所以这两种日式火锅料理都深受客人的喜爱。
