We loved this class! We had so much fun cooking and it was wonderful to learn about the traditions around ramen. Andrew did a great job walking us through the process and assigning jobs around the group.

Brilliant, engaging and delicious class led by knowledgeable chefs! Takes place in a lovely, small setting. Described by the chefs as “more like work experience” they were true to their word - you were put to work straight away, feeling fully immersed in the experience and loving every minute. Sitting down to our meal at the end felt well and truly deserved. Highly recommend!

The experience was great.. especially when your can't speak Japanese. As the chef is an expat ... and location is relatively not hard to find... the class also is good as you can experience diff stations in making ramen and gyoza..overall was happy to take the class ...plus a bonus , there is a huge Starbucks Reserve that you can visit nearby after the class.
