金澤玉泉邸位於一座擁有 200 年曆史的武士宅邸內,該宅邸曾與加賀藩有關。餐廳保留了許多昔日的建築風格,日光透過傳統的榻榻米屏風,堅固的深色木樑支撐着土牆。
餐廳坐落在行泉園內,據說行泉園是江戶時代早期耗時一個世紀才建成的。隨着季節的變化,園內的景色也隨之改變:春天,滿目蒼翠;秋天,紅葉似火;冬天,落葉讓路,白雪鋪滿光禿禿的樹枝。樹齡達 400 年的松樹在衆多樹木中格外顯眼,山頂上還有一座古老的茶館。
