在 CRAFEAT，每一道佳餚都堪稱一件精緻的藝術品。
這並非言過其實。在 CRAFEAT，每道料理都採用輪島塗器皿擺盤。輪島塗具有獨特的光澤，常採用引人注目的紅色或黑色，並點綴有精美的金色圖案。
每一件輪島塗漆器的製作都需多次塗漆，並獨家選用特殊的矽藻土，這一複雜而耗時的過程涉及超過一百個步驟。
CRAFEAT 的美食同樣令人目不轉睛。石川海岸外溫暖與寒冷的海流交匯，賜予此地豐富多樣的海鮮。從山區到低地，石川的肥沃氣候孕育出各種季節性農產品。這一切巧妙融入 CRAFEAT 的廚房，成就絕品美味的懷石料理。
店主說，CRAFEAT 的懷石料理是員工維護傳統文化的一種方式。身為輪島塗第十代匠人，他表示透過使用輪島塗器皿用餐，客人將以實際行動參與保護這一歷史悠久的藝術形式。

Modern, kaiseki-style Japanese cuisine meets traditional Wajima-nuri lacquerware. Diners can experience the unparalleled freshness of pesticide-free local produce and seafood personally handpicked by the head chef from local markets.
Diners will be accompanied by an English-speaking interpreter and certified tour guide, who will help facilitate communication with the restaurant staff and explain the complexities of the Wajima-nuri art form.
