This was a great class with solid noodle recipes for Ramen noodles and gyōza skins that were gluten free! We really enjoyed Yuki's instruction and kind feedback, and the meals were delicious! The class was a perfect ratio of preparation and participation, and of course the eating of the wonderful food afterwards. We would recommend this class to anyone visiting the Osaka area that is looking for a Gluten Free Japanese food experience (which can be hard to find in Japan!)

The Sushi workshop was amazing!! We were a family of 9 people, of all ages, including teens and young children. Our host chef Max and his collegues were very very nice and friendly. We felt as guests in their own private homes. They explained everything so well and were very helpful. When we had special requests like frying some of the food or preparing a different kind of sauce they kindly agreed to do everything we asked. We had a great time and we highly recommend this experience.
