Amazing sushi, great sushi and so much sake. Only thing can improve on is to probably not serve the courses so quickly. It was hard to keep up with the food and sake pairing

This is my second time at Sushi Hajime. The experience was fantastic and food/service was excellent. I highly recommend this Omakase restaurant.

I had an amazing time at Ginza Saisho the food was exquisite and the chef Nobu incredible warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for an Omakase experience this is definitely the place to go.

The wagyu quality was amazing, and the courses were timed so perfectly that even though dining was 2 hours (we realized that as we left), it felt like the whole experience was done in a blink of an eye! Each table was only attended by one staff member, so the service was super attentive; my staff knew my preference for my meat, always made sure there's a drink on the table, and helped us take photos!
