I had a lot of fun and the food was amazing

I had a wonderful experience with Midori-san. I enjoyed a local tour with her as my guide, and she was very informative, attentive, and considerate of all my needs. Midori-san also runs her cooking classes and offers many other tours. I highly recommend trying her classes to experience authentic Japanese cuisine and learn many fascinating facts about Kyoto. Alina, our guide, was truly exceptional. She had a wealth of knowledge about wonderful vegan experiences in the Ginza area of Tokyo. She also shared her insights into Japanese culture and history that gave us new insights and appreciation for this wonderful country. We highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in experiencing the vegan side of central Tokyo.

Naoto was a great guide. My friend and I ended up being the only ones on the tour so it was like we had our own private tour guide. Naoto took us to eat sushi, wagu beef, takoyaki, karaage, and dorayaki. Although the food was good, I was hoping that we got to eat something different that would introduce us to a new Japanese dish/food. One of the restaurants that we went to, Gyu-Kaku, is a chain that we also have in America, which I’ve been to before so I was hoping to eat at a restaurant that I haven’t been to that was unique to Japan. This is why I gave this tour a 4 stars and not 5 stars.

The highlight of the tour was the fantastic sushi we tried—each bite was fresh, flavorful, and expertly crafted. Suzuki's knowledge of the local food scene and his passion for sharing Japanese cuisine made the experience even more special. What truly set Suzuki apart was his kindness and attentiveness. When I mentioned that my back was hurting, he went out of his way to take us to a nearby pharmacy to get some medicine. This extra effort made all the difference and showed how much he genuinely cared about our well-being. If you're looking for an authentic and enjoyable food tour in Shibuya, I highly recommend booking with Suzuki. He'll ensure you have a memorable experience filled with delicious food and thoughtful service.
