We didn't have a tour with Anne & Lauren. We had our tour with Hannah from the company "arigato TRAVEL." Fortunately, Hannah was an absolute pleasure. Our tour with her amounted to the highlight of my month long trip to Japan. Initially I was a bit disappointed that byFood subcontracted their tours after hearing so many positive things about the company online. But again, Hannah was superb, delivering a tour of the highest standard. Thank you, Hannah! Thank you arigato TRAVEL!

Alejandro was amazing and this tour was so much fun. My wife and I booked the midnight diners Tokyo tour while on our honeymoon! Alejandro takes you to many spots that you would never find on your own, and he knows all of the bartenders and so many locals that you really feel like an insider. He suggests different drinks that are all tasty, and the food was also delicious. Definitely book this tour for a fun night in Tokyo!

Explore Tokyo's Pescetarian Izakaya Food Scene

If you're in Tokyo and have a craving for delicious pescetarian options, look no further than the vibrant izakaya food scene. Tokyo offers a plethora of food experiences that cater to pescetarians, providing a delightful fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with modern twists. An izakaya is a type of informal Japanese pub where you can unwind with friends or family and enjoy various small plate dishes, and in Tokyo, these venues have embraced the pescetarian diet, ensuring that you can indulge in savory seafood delicacies while enjoying a relaxing atmosphere.

Delight in the Flavors of Fresh Seafood

Pescetarian izakaya food experiences in Tokyo offer an array of mouthwatering seafood dishes. From the freshest sashimi and sushi to grilled fish and seafood tempura, these culinary delights are crafted using the finest ingredients sourced from the nearby seas. Whether you are a fan of rich, savory broths in a steaming bowl of miso ramen or prefer light, crisp salads paired with tangy dressings, the variety is endless. At a typical pescetarian-friendly izakaya, you can savor dishes like miso-glazed cod, succulent octopus, and tender shellfish. These dishes not only tantalize your taste buds but also reflect Japan's rich culinary heritage.

Experience the Perfect Blend of Tradition and Modernity

Tokyo's izakayas are renowned for blending traditional Japanese flavors with contemporary culinary techniques. This blend creates unique and innovative dishes that appeal to both locals and tourists alike. Visiting an izakaya offers more than just food; it's a cultural experience where you can enjoy the ambiance of a Japanese pub with its casual setting, friendly interactions, and the unique izakaya etiquette that invites sharing and discovering new flavors. Here, chefs experiment with ingredients, creating pescetarian dishes that are as delicious as they are aesthetically pleasing. Whether it's a creative take on the classic takoyaki, made with seasonal seafood, or a contemporary sushi roll incorporating exotic flavors, these experiences guarantee an unforgettable culinary adventure.
