Itadakizen specializes in vegan cuisine and uses organically grown produce in all of its delicious dishes. Are you looking for a healthy but delicious activity to add to your Sapporo trip? Learn how to create your own Japanese sweets (but hold the sugar) during this special vegan cooking class in Sapporo!


Held at Itadakizen’s Sapporo restaurant, this unique cooking class offers the chance to make traditional Japanese sweets without using processed white sugar. Instead, your instructor will teach you to make a home-style sweet recipe that uses dates as the base ingredient! Dates are naturally sweet, making them the perfect ingredient to cook healthy vegan treats with.


Rest assured as all of the produce and spices used in this class are plant-based and pesticide-free! Plus, your friendly instructor will introduce different organic products and their various health benefits.
