In this experience, you will BBQ the freshest seafood Hokkaido has to offer, visit a farm and try the famed Hokkaido ice cream.
The experience starts at the Morning Seafood Market at Ishikari City's harbor on the Sea of Japan. Here you will buy the seafood that you will barbecue. This seafood market is known for its very fresh seafood caught every morning. You will shop for about 40 minutes.
Following the seafood market you will travel to a local farm to harvest more ingredients for your meal.
Then, you’ll go to the nearby Michi no Eki Ishikari, where you will barbeque the seafood and vegetables you bought. Enjoy grilling all your fresh ingredients, along with premium pork.
After barbequing the seafood you will travel to Milk Garden a top local dairy farm in the region. Here you will be able to try Hokkaido's popular soft-serve ice cream.
