Your meal will include mouthwatering sashimi, freshly fried tempura, 76-hour chicken mizutaki (hot pot), and beyond. He takes incredible pride in his work and executes every dish with the highest precision.


Your experience: A 7-course Japanese degustation meal using premium, hand-selected, seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients (try saying that five times fast). Drawing inspiration from the bounties of Hokkaido's land and sea, Chef Tanaka-San curates a menu featuring unique flavors and artful presentations.
