Chef Kamada-san–a renowned sushi master–will present a culinary performance and a luxurious menu including high-quality sushi, a choice between 3 mains (Hokkaido wagyu beef Sukiyaki, Shabu Shabu, or Genghis Khan), and seasonal fruit sorbet. This special meal highlights Hokkaido’s bounty of natural resources by using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.


Niseko is a captivating resort town and natural wonderland nestled in the northern island of Hokkaido. But Niseko's appeal extends beyond its natural landscapes; it's also a destination rich in cultural experiences and culinary delights.


Speaking of culinary delights, Chef Kamada-San is the sushi master and renowned chef behind the curtain. He is passionate about fresh produce and takes immense pride in his culinary creations.


Your mouthwatering journey begins with a sushi bar set up by Chef Kamada-San, who will carefully prepare and serve eight exquisite pieces of sushi. This dining experience can be conducted at your accommodation (upon request) or the culinary team’s private kitchen. For your main, you’ll have a choice between 3 dishes: Sukiyaki, Shabu Shabu, or Genghis Khan (thinly sliced lamb or mutton). Dessert is a sorbet made from seasonal fruits. The ingredients used in this course menu are a love letter to Hokkaido’s land and sea. Experience the flavors of Japan through a bounty of locally sourced ingredients.


Full menu:

Sushi bar featuring fresh scallops, salmon, chutoro tuna, maguro tuna, seasonal white fish, mackerel, sweet prawns, and egg


Main: Choice between

1) Sukiyaki with Hokkaido wagyu beef shoulder loin

2) Shabu Shabu with Hokkaido wagyu beef shoulder loin, Chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, leek, carrot, enoki, tofu, noodles and accompaniments

3) Genghis Khan (thinly sliced lamb or mutton) with bean sprouts, onions, carrots, green peppers, udon noodles

Seasonal fruit sorbet
