Was a wonderful morning making delicious sushi plus broth and more. Learnt so much and am excited to make at home. The chef was wonderful at explaining everything.Thanks for an awesome experience.

Yuki is an amazing chef and person, we had so much fun making our dishes. We learnt a lot from her and we're so happy we got to do this! One of the best ways to experience Japanese culture

This was one of the best cultural experiences I’ve had in Japan! Akito is such a kind and knowledgeable host, answering all my questions about green tea cultivation and brewing. He picked me up from Shizuoka Station, and we drove up to the scenic mountains where his tea farm is located. Akito explained how the tea is harvested, and I got to learn about the history of green tea in Japan while tasting various teas paired with a small dessert. The tour also included a visit to the tea factory, where Akito explained how the machinery works which was really interesting. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Shizuoka

Yoshi is great host. Enthusiastic to share Japanese culture and food and how to do Japanese drinking culture right. We went to 3 different places, each with its own vibe. He is also knowledgeable about the Shinjuku area history. The food variety was great! I am half Japanese; I know Japanese very well. He was up for the challenge and ordered some unique delicious dishes.
