Great experience with Shin, our ramen teacher, that organically involved us in the process of noodle making. Then the ramen eaten at his resto was the cherry on top!

I can really recommend this ramen noodle workshop: other cooking classes explain how to make ramen noodles by hand - which is of course also very interesting, but at Musoshin I learnt about the ramen noodle machine: a truly unique experience! Yuyu's instructions were really great. She is an amazing host and very welcoming! If you want to experience a cooking class with a difference twist, then this is the place for you!

It was a great introduction to Ramen making and the process. And even some excellent helpful tips if we’d like to try at home. The food was absolutely delicious and the host so lovely and patient. We would have loved a bit more information around the broth making too! Very good to do with young children and teens.

We had the pleasure of making ramen noodles with Shin today. He was extremely kind to us despite our inexperience. He helped guide us through the process of making authentic Japanese ramen noodles while answering our questions regarding the noodle making process, giving us insight on how to replicate his techniques, so we can make similar noodles at home. At the end, when we got to try our noodles by having lunch at his popular ramen shop. Looking back, this experience is unforgettable.

We really enjoyed this ramen noodle making experience, it was such a fun morning and our teacher was really informative and told us great stories along the way. We also had a delicious bowl of ramen after making the noodles - interesting to understand all the steps that go into making fresh noodles. Would definitely recommend to any ramen fans!
