I had an amazing time at Ginza Saisho the food was exquisite and the chef Nobu incredible warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for an Omakase experience this is definitely the place to go.

The wagyu quality was amazing, and the courses were timed so perfectly that even though dining was 2 hours (we realized that as we left), it felt like the whole experience was done in a blink of an eye! Each table was only attended by one staff member, so the service was super attentive; my staff knew my preference for my meat, always made sure there's a drink on the table, and helped us take photos!

High end tempura experience with very fresh and interesting ingredients mostly from local growers. The chef, who provides a fun interactive experience, also imports some ingredients like duck from France. Worth a visit.
