Sakabayashi is the on-site restaurant of Kobe Shushinkan Brewery, the producer of the popular Fukuju sake located in Nada, Japan's most famous area for sake brewing. Kura no Ryotei Sakabayashi offers Japanese kaiseki courses in a traditional wooden brewery atmosphere.
Courses include kaiseki sets featuring local beef, seafood, seasonal vegetables, and house-made soba and tofu. Their tiered pricing makes kaiseki dining available for any budget, starting as low as ¥6,000 for a full kaiseki course. There is also the option to sample the brewery's sake with the course meals.
