Nakajyo

Restaurant Details
Down a hidden little street near Osanbashi Pier in Yokohama is a top-quality sushi restaurant, which must surely be one of the most exclusive places in town. The chef at Nakajyo, Kiyotaka Nakajo, took over the restaurant from his father before relocating it and applying his own unique stamp with the updated decor and menu.
He sources everything on his plates from Toyosu Market (formerly known as the famous Tsukiji Market), where some of the best and freshest fish in the entire world is up for grabs. In the set-course omakase menu, classic nigiri dishes are served alongside other small seafood dishes, and paired with either sake or Burgundy wines.
For Yokohama restaurateurs who seek to provide a luxury sushi experience, Nakajyo is the place to beat.
