Kagaman
Part of one of Osaka’s most important restaurateur firms, this kaiseki restaurant is the jewel in their crown.
Restaurant Details
This is the flagship store for the restaurant chain of the same name — one of the heavyweights on the Osaka culinary scene with a number of Michelin stars under their belt. Traditional kaiseki dining is the best way to experience their ethos and expertise.
At Kagaman, you’ll enjoy fresh, seasonal ingredients turned into traditional Japanese dishes which are to die for. Their claypot of rice — a dish which typically rounds off a kaiseki meal — is particularly good.
For the Japanese experience, take a seat at the counter to watch the chef crafting the night’s dishes. If you prefer a little privacy, Western-style dining tables are also available, as is a separate room dedicated to Japanese tea ceremony!
