The experienced chef has trained at a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant for over 20 years, so the courses are sure to delight. From delicate salads that reflect the seasons to mouthwatering fish and meats signature to the region, each dish is specially prepared to be pleasing to the eye as it is the taste buds.
Courses are paired with a wide selection of drinks, including sake and shochu. A serving of the chef’s specialty soba noodles, made daily from scratch, rounds out every meal.
