Bar Noble
Cocktail-making meets tea ceremony: getting drunk has never felt so classy.
Restaurant Details
A cocktail bar which draws on the spirit of tea ceremony might at first seem a strange combination, given the sober and quiet nature of the latter, and the inherently un-sober aims of the former. Upon second thought however, there are some key similarities in the level of care which both top-level bartenders and tea ceremony practitioners prepare their drinks.
And those behind the bar at this Yokohama establishment really are top-level professionals. These well-drilled experts mix up a range of classic whiskey, gin, tequila, vodka, rum, sake, and brandy cocktails in a laid back yet mature atmosphere. On top of their base menu, there are also some limited-time originals which pop up week to week.
Smokers will be glad to hear that there is also an extensive list of Cuban and Dominican cigars from top brands on sale, ranging from around 1,000 to 4,000 yen. Completing the experience is a menu of small dishes including delicious pizzas.
Once you settle into the good-time vibes at Bar Noble, you’ll struggle to bring yourself to leave.
