The ultimate, must-try Japanese food experience is making your own sushi! During this sushi-making class, a professional Japanese sushi chef will give you instructions and tips, molding you into a sushi chef-in-training. Learn the basics of this refined art and discover difficulties and satisfactions of the traditional craft. Learn to apply the just-right pressure to perfectly mold firm, but not too dense, rice. Get a grasp on the delicate process of handling raw materials and master the shaping technique without damaging the sushi.


For this cooking class, you’ll use only the freshest seafood, supplied daily from the nearby Tsukiji Fish Market. Get the chance to handle and savor high-quality cuts of fish in its country-of-origin.
