Only licensed and highly skilled chefs can prepare and serve fugu, Chef Tanaka-San included. Why? Fugu, also known as pufferfish, is a fascinating and infamous delicacy in Japanese cuisine (the allure of which lies in its highly toxic organs). Preparing fugu requires the utmost skill and expertise, as even the tiniest mistake could be promlematic. Every step of the fugu preparation process is conducted with precision and care. The fish must be meticulously cleaned while preserving its delicate flavor and texture. This adventurous meal is one to boast about for years to come. Niseko, a captivating winter wonderland situated in Hokkaido, Japan, is a destination that weaves together natural beauty, thrilling adventures, and unforgettable experiences.
