In this experience, a local host will welcome you into her Tokyo home to make a chicken teriyaki meal with side dishes. Then, you'll enjoy your lunch, followed by tea and dessert.
After meeting one of your hosts, you'll walk to the kitchen studio in Shinagawa. Here, Miyuki will go over the recipes before you start your cooking class. Your main dish will be Miyuki's signature chicken teriyaki recipe, and you'll also be making a few side dishes like a savory dashimaki omelet, miso soup and green beans with a sesame seed dressing.
Before you know it, it'll be time to enjoy your delicious lunch together. During this time, Miyuki will share Japanese table manners and cultural insights, and you can ask her any questions. After lunch, sip tea and enjoy traditional Japanese sweets together.
