With several food-related certifications under her belt, Miyuki loves sharing her love for traditional Japanese cooking (washoku) in fun home cooking classes, where she welcomes guests from all over the world to her cozy kitchen in Shinagawa. In this class, you’ll prepare, assemble and roll maki sushi rolls and make delicious tempura fritters, from preparing the ingredients to making the batter and frying them to golden perfection.
