Alina, our guide, was truly exceptional. She had a wealth of knowledge about wonderful vegan experiences in the Ginza area of Tokyo. She also shared her insights into Japanese culture and history that gave us new insights and appreciation for this wonderful country. We didn't have a tour with Anne & Lauren. We had our tour with Hannah from the company "arigato TRAVEL." Fortunately, Hannah was an absolute pleasure. Our tour with her amounted to the highlight of my month long trip to Japan.
Initially I was a bit disappointed that byFood subcontracted their tours after hearing so many positive things about the company online. But again, Hannah was superb, delivering a tour of the highest standard. Thank you, Hannah! Thank you arigato TRAVEL!

We enjoyed the ramen tasting with Hiroshi. He met us at our hotel and took us to two very different Ramen places. He seems to know ramen well. Basically, very nice guy just introducing us to two different bowls of Ramen.
