Restaurant Details
Vege Sara Shokudo is a veggie-centric restaurant in Fukuoka that serves home-style Japanese food. The shop cares deeply about the ingredients used in their dishes and will only use organic food without any pesticides and preservatives. In addition, the shop also excludes white sugar from their desserts.
The owner of the shop graduated from the Nakamura Culinary School and has had extensive experience working at other restaurants. They serve inexpensive meal sets that usually consist of Japanese rice, a main dish, four types of side dishes, miso soup, and salad. In addition, with an extra 480 yen, customers can add another dessert item and drinks. There are normally two sets, A and B, with different main dishes.
Most of the dishes on their menu are Japanese home cooking staples that can be found in households across Japan. The cooks at Vege Sara Shokudo also make their own bread and cookies, all with natural ingredients.
