Ginza Ishizaki
Ginza Ishizaki fully represents its locale with impressive courses of caviar, truffle and chateaubriand steak as standard, plus plenty of fine wine.
Restaurant Details
Bringing great meat to the streets of Ginza since 2016, the former Michelin-starred Ginza Ishizaki specializes in the highest quality of Japanese beef possible: A5-grade wagyu beef from Ota and Matsusaka cattle.
Its course menus paint a picture of elegance; dish after dish highlights the world’s best ingredients and most sought-after flavors. For those dreaming of living like a king for an evening, the hearty but elegant lineup of truffles, caviar, uni, chateaubriand and heirloom greens is guaranteed to satisfy.
The main event is, of course, the steak. Ginza Ishizaki's steaks are approached with an almost scientific level of care. The temperature is carefully controlled during storage, then the meat is left to warm up as it marinates in sesame oil, before being cooked. Specially selected wines pair exquisitely with barely seared cuts of succulent beef and delicate seafood.
Located within the Horikoshi Building, the wooden interior and counter seats feel private and tucked away. The limited space — six counter and six table seats — makes Ginza Ishizaki an exclusive dining experience, perfect to bring someone on a special occasion. It's hard to believe that it's so easily accessible as well, being just four minutes on foot from the Ginza Exit of Shimbashi Station.
A delightful assortment of premium wagyu beef and hard-to-find seasonal ingredients. The eight-dish lineup of this special course menu changes day to day, depending on availability.
