Conveniently located near the central train station of the city, this restaurant houses a resident beef expert: Satoru Tanaka. Tanaka grew up as the son of a butcher, and his grandfather traded cattle. He now does them proud as one of the leading authorities on great beef in the country.


Working in tandem with the chef, he delivers dishes using the finest brands and breeds, aged perfectly at a carefully managed temperature. The team prides themselves on pairing the best seasonal ingredients with each particular cut of beef.
