Nikuya Manno Ohatsutenjin Urasando
World-class wagyu from local ranches served up three ways — sukiyaki, shioyaki and teriyaki to satisfy every taste.
Restaurant Details
In another bid for the Manno family to deliver the best world-class wagyu experience, it draws on nearly a century of expertise as Osaka meat wholesalers. Their latest effort, at the Ohatsutenjin Urasando branch, elevates this legacy even further — an experience so exceptional that even butchers would be eager to visit.
Specializing in premium wagyu beef called "Gokumen Manyo Wagyu,” this restaurant exclusively uses cows of excellent bloodlines, reared over 30 months, to deliver the finest taste and flavorful red meat equally marbled with rich fat. Whereas other joints rely on younger female cattle for their cuts and follow a dry-aging process that can take weeks, if not months, Manno has perfected its aging method. Today, it only needs seven days to bring out the bold flavor and aroma of the meat.
Whether diners choose the premium all-you-can-drink courses, which include 20 diverse offerings like a la carte appetizers, grilled salted tongue, fresh salads, and noodles, or decide to indulge in shabu-shabu, wagyu lovers can leave fully satisfied and happy.
