La Luche is an Italian restaurant located in the shopping street of Aso Monzenmachi Shopping Street in the town of Aso Shrine. The chef learned Italian cuisine in Sicily and manages the restaurant by himself, serving Italian dishes made with Aso ingredients. It is a very small and casual restaurant, where there are only 8 counter seats.
Both pasta and pizza are excellent at La Luche. The pizza is made with a thin crust and the risotto uses rice grown in Italy. Not only does the wine come from Italy, but there are also other Italian beverages on the menu. Their homemade lemonade and orangeade are also popular.
Appetizers are priced around 500 yen per plate, while pasta and pizza are around 1,000 yen. Customers always come away satisfied, happy that these high-level Italian foods are available at such affordable prices!
