High-quality ingredients are indispensable to a truly great hotpot dinner. That’s why Ganryu-Jima uses A5 grade wagyu beef and fresh seasonal vegetables sourced directly from farmers.
Their set menus are extensive, and offer great value for money. Dishes include raw beef sashimi, assorted cuts of wagyu either grilled or cooked in a hotpot, vegetable dishes, rice, and desserts. The cuts of meat for the yakiniku grilled dishes include tongue, loin, ribs, shoulder — every part you can name and more! They even have beef sushi.
