Restaurant Details

Experience is key for a top chef, and the owner of this place has it in abundance. He trained for four years in French Basque, Lyon, and Normandy before opening this place after returning in 2013.

Not content to just recreate the dishes he learned verbatim, his creative blending of flavors and techniques results in some unique lights being cast upon classic dishes. There’s a real sense of clarity both in the minimalist entrance hall and dining room, and in the presentation of the dishes, the aim being to clear the mind for the showcase of flavors and textures.

The lunch omakase comes with 6 courses, and dinner has several options with 7, 8, or 9 dishes. They can also make a bespoke set menu for you to fit your budget, provided you call to inquire beforehand.
