With a few staples like onigiri (rice balls), tamagoyaki (rolled omelet with seasonings) and karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken), these to-go meals are delightful, convenient and delicious. In this cooking class, you'll learn what goes into a bento box, how to prepare some of its key components and enjoy a classic bento meal of your own making with a friendly local host at her homely kitchen studio in central Tokyo.
